Chakra Meditation
The word Chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit. Chakras are the energy centers through which life energies flow. This meditation focuses on balancing the chakras (energy centers). Chakras are located in important parts of your body such as your head or heart.
Chakra Anusandhana - means "discovery or search of the chakras". It is a simple way for beginners to explore the chakras self-tutored. It helps in awakening them gently, and in a balanced integrated way.
Basic Chakra Meditation - The chakra cleansing exercise accomplishes pranayama, pratyhara, and dharana all at once being an excellent preparation before meditation or other practices of laya yoga
Advanced Chakra Meditation - The main difference between basic and advanced Chakra Meditation occurs with the synchronistic use of retention (antar kumbhaka), the bandhas, and more elaborate visualization thusly.
Top Down Chakra Meditation - In this type of Chakra Meditation one also utilizes a slight retention after the inhalation (antar kumbhaka).
